BIOSUSTAINABLE MATERIALS: KEY TO A BETTER FUTURE

The topic of biosustainable materials is currently a hot topic in the world due to an increased interest of the international community to promote a more efficient and sustainable use of the products derived from the forest and other plants.
The International Academy of Wood Science (IAWS9), the Department of Wood, Cellulose and &Paper “Ing. Karl Augustin Grellmann” and the International Association of Wood Anatomists (IAWA) promote collaborative international learning by connecting institutions, universities and research centers around the world, bringing international engagement in order to promote a better use of the biosustainable materials through science.
The IAWS,the DWC&P, University of Guadalajara and the Pan-American group of the IAWS, invite researchers, scientists, industry professionals, consultants, government leaders, students and other key stake holders to participate in the IAWS 2018 Annual Meeting.
The IAWS 2018 Annual Meeting has been organized to gather all the international community of forestry and wood science experts to present the latest research findings, to build upon developing a better understanding of the biosustainable materials to promote their better use.
The meeting is a unique opportunity for developing professional contacts with worldwide experts.
